I initially went to Fraser’s Golf Academy for a simple club gapping session, but after talking to Joe and seeing the set up I changed my mind!

I was impressed with his knowledge, commitment and sheer professionalism together with the excellent facilities including the Flightscope and the putting ands chipping area – so I signed up for his winter package.

I have had the first of my two gapping sessions and am looking forward to booking the discounted lessons, entering competitions and hopefully lowering my handicap over the winter months. Overall an excellent facility that without doubt provides an attractive alternative to a freezing cold and windy outdoor driving range.

Had two lessons with Joe now and already got the handicap down by 3 strokes in only two rounds of golf. Had a few lessons in the past with another local pro and got nowhere. But after only 2 lessons my ball striking is so much better and Joe simplified what I needed to work on at the range to sort out my issue’s and explained this perfectly instead of filling my head with too much information (like I have had done in the past). Looking forward to working with him over the winter to get my game in place for the start of next season.

Also played 9 holes on the simulator one night and that in itself is worth booking for alone. Great experience

First visit to the academy, we decided to give the simulator a go for the Winter series competition. Excellent night, Joes got it set up really well. Great entertainment and the kit is excellent.

I have now had 4 lessons from Joe and today shot a gross 71 for 45 points at my local golf course, to say I’m ecstatic is an understatement. After watching Teaching Professionals on YouTube for the last 2 years and attending lessons with other Professionals in the north east it left me very confused and disillusioned. Joe has stripped my swing down and totally transformed it, I have been shooting consistent scores now for the last few weeks and found Joes teaching methods to be very straightforward and easy to understand and his set up is the best in the area and I would highly recommend anyone who seriously wants to improve their overall game to get in touch with him and book some lessons.

I needed some help with my game. You know when you don’t have a clue what is going wrong with your game. Well i had a one hour assessment with Joe. The best help and advice i have received by a golfing specialist. Relaxed not overly techy and very friendly. The facility is great and i will be paying another visit. If you are struggling with any aspect of your game i suggest you visit the faculty and spend some time with Joe.
